Pelaspan S shape loose fill is made from recycled expanded polystyrene (EPS) and offers safe, simple and flexible protection for products. These lightweight S-shape peanuts interlock to create a coherent cushion that blocks, braces and stabilises goods in transit, preventing them from knocking against one another and preventing damage. Pelaspan loosefill is cost effective, doesn't chip or break so shipped items arrive safely, and contains memory - therefore the chips re-form if crushed, offering protection at all times. All Pelaspan loosefill is given an anti-static bath so it does not cling to clothes or products. The product is 100% recyclable and manufactured without the use of CFC's.
